This project delivered annual savings of £180k and created 4 FTE positions while insourcing saved an additional £200k per annum. Used Six-Sigma methodologies to investigate and scope an improvement project for a tibial tray product. I managed a multi-disciplinary team in the implementation of centrifugal high energy finishing to save the company £136k per annum and create 2 FTE positions.
