Pre-sales Solutions Consultant covering UK and Ireland markets across many verticals. Providing support to the sales team and processes to successfully close deals across a range of solutions including ITSM, CSM, ITOM and ITBM. Providing support to clients through advice & guidance, proposals and Statements of Work and associated effort calculations. Key Responsibilities • Preparation and delivery of live demonstrations of the ServiceNow platform across a number of business areas/use-cases • Prepare and lead customer scoping sessions to align ServiceNow solutions – advice and guidance • Demonstrate a commercial understanding, and able to articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow • Investigate and present extended platform capabilities identified with clients • Creation and delivery of collateral including technical presentations, ROMs and SOWs, phased implementations and integrations • Providing continued support to Sales team throughout presales engagement Achievements • Contribution to ServiceNow ’Fastest Growth - European Partner’ award 2019 • Professional service delivery to help aerospace client isolate and fix application delivery issues • Delivered throughout entire Presales phase to successful ‘deal won’ status • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (Discovery) • Built and presented custom legal Virtual Agent topic, bought by client • Integrations to Slack & MS Teams through integration Hub and bespoke application offerings
