About

I am a strategic IP, tech, and commercial litigator and trial lawyer. I focus on patent, trade secret, copyright, trademark, and contract disputes involving high tech and software, artificial intelligence, telecom, life sciences, chemistry, the arts, and complex business issues. I am also an outcome-driven space and telecom attorney, advisor, and expert in satellite regulatory policy and licensing, spectrum management and coordination, RF interference, and related strategies and risk management. In these practice areas, I harness my technical chops as a Ph.D. physicist and an electrical engineer.
