Career Break | Due to Personal Reasons During my time away from the workplace I have kept myself busy in a variety of ways such as: • Managing accounts and resolving technical issues for individuals using expertise to ensure positive outcomes. • Building of personal brand through LinkedIn and online portfolio to showcase my experience and personality. • Completing various courses to enhance my knowledge and learn new skills. • Buying and reselling of fashion items bringing in a profit of over 91%. I am keen to jump back into the workplace doing what I love, working with people!
As a Tech Expert, I have always been passionate about using my skills and expertise to support others, when they need it most. As an IT Account Manager, I pride myself on being there to assist within a variety of different areas such as Account Management and IT System Support. My main areas of support include, but are not limited to: • Installing, configuring and maintaining IT systems, to streamline user experience. • Managing contracts in order to save money, resulting in thousands in savings. • Resolving hardware and software issues both in person and over the phone, resulting in minimal disruption.
Within my role as a Client Services Executive, I was the point of contact for both prospects and clients and I would offer assistance both over the phone and via email. Should a prospect decide to register with us, I would complete conflict of interest, credit and ID checks to ensure that they met the criteria. If they met the criteria, I would go through with the registration process using their bespoke case management system so that they would now become a client. When it came to prospects, I would be there to support them in regards to any queries they had regarding the services we offered. Whether it was about pricing or processes, I would be there with them to ensure that they made an informed decision about the way forward that is right for them. As a client, I would also be there to support them with any queries they had. By using their bespoke case management, I would also be there to other assistance with their account. Within my role as Digital Marketing Executive, I managed the social media channels such as, Twitter and LinkedIn. This meant that I was responsible for conducting research into relevant and current information that I could create into content that could be posted onto their social media channels. I was always on hand to collaborate with the other departments should they need it. With a continuous high volume of claims, I would regularly support the Flight Compensation team by actioning the data sent from clients. Through web processing within their bespoke case management system I would help minimise the day to day workload for the team. I would also work alongside and independently on behalf of the team of Paralegals in the Pre-legal & Legal departments by closing cases, again using their own system, while also attending to paperwork regarding money laundering.

With 5 years experience of working within a warehouse, I am experienced at working within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment both independently and part of a team. Within my role as a Warehouse Assistant, I would undertake a wide variety of hands-on tasks, such as, but not limited to: • Reducing assembly time by unpacking and preparing hundreds of stock pieces. • Maintaining a well-structured, organised workspace, resulting in a more streamlined approach to orders. • Performing showroom stock takes, by unpacking new stock and affixing latest pricing to showcase offerings. • Operating engraving machines, ensuring each and every piece was completed accurately and to a high standard. • Assembling hundreds of bespoke trophies to clients’ exact requirements, resulting in high customer satisfaction. To meet the needs of the business, I would work at the weekends, during the holidays and in the evenings while studying and then on a regular part time basis once I finished my studies.
