I am a JC graduate with strong academic training in the sciences and a deep interest in the intersection of chemistry, biology, and real-world problem solving. Having completed the Singapore–Cambridge A-Level curriculum with H2 Chemistry, H2 Biology, H2 Mathematics, and H3 Chemistry, I am particularly drawn to how chemical principles underpin biological systems, from molecular interactions to applications in healthcare and sustainability. Beyond academics, I am actively involved in education, youth leadership, and community initiatives. I am also engaged in youth-led projects and initiatives that aim to improve access to education, mentorship, and opportunities for students. Through organising, volunteering, and collaborative work, I have developed strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, as well as a growing interest in how education, science, and entrepreneurship can be combined to create meaningful impact.
Contributed to the organisation and development of the Singapore Chemistry League 2026, a national academic competition designed to challenge and inspire students in chemistry. Supported the planning and execution of competition components, including the preparation and review of chemistry questions aligned with the Singapore pre-university curriculum. Collaborated with fellow organisers and educators to ensure academic rigour, fairness, and an engaging learning experience for participants.
Co-leading the Material Creation department, I spearhead the development of case materials and mooting prompts for legal workshops and competitions. I oversee the research of complex legal matters to produce rigorous resources that enhance participants' advocacy skills, managing the end-to-end production process to ensure all content is intellectually challenging and legally sound.
• Part of a student-led initiative focused on improving legal literacy among Singaporean youth • Secured corporate sponsorships from Mendaki and NUS Law School to support legal education workshops • Co-organised the inaugural 2-day Student Legal Argumentation Workshop (LAW) at NUS Law School, attracting an oversubscribed audience of secondary and tertiary students • Currently co-leading the Materials Creation Team, developing teaching resources and training new members
Following my role in the Science Experiment EXCO, I was appointed to lead the Special Projects Team, a strategic revamp of our previous model. I now oversee the expansion of our outreach beyond science-specific experiments to provide a holistic suite of academic and non-academic activities. In this capacity, I lead the team in diversifying our support for students and homework centers to ensure a more comprehensive educational impact.
