I love finding, developing, working with new talent. My casting background has covered a number of areas including Theatre, Television, Film, Commercials, Music Videos, Street-casting and A&R & I spend a huge amount of time searching for new talent to bring to the many different projects cast. Directors include: Peter Webber, Spike Lee, Marcus Adams, Rankin, David Slade, Dawn Shadforth, Duncan Wellerway, Harry Enfield, David Frankham, Happy, Jason Smith, Ivan Bird, Martin Krejci, William Gaskill, Ringan Ladwridge, David Hartley, Sue Worthy, Max & Dania, Jake Nava, Tom Connolly, James Abadi, Bill Gaskill, Roisin McBrinn, Andy Goldberg, Director X. Choreographers include: Michael Rooney Sean Cheeseman, Robin Antin, Mikey Minden, Arlene Phillips, Luca Tomasini, Paul Domaine, Paul Roberts, Priscilla Samuels, Paulette Minot, Marcus Adams, Mitch Sebastian, Sam McAvoy. Celebrity Producer on ITV2 Series 1&2 Hey Tracey during lockdown was a challenge but a real pleasure. A&R projects have taken me all around the world looking for solo and band members for various projects whilst working closely with some amazing individuals including Jimmy Iovine, Martin Kierszenbaum, Colin Barlow, Ben Cook, David Massey, Darcus Beeze, Ted Cockle, Charle Walk, Pharell Williams, Will I Am, Jordan Jay, Nick Shymansky, Tyler Brown, Nick Burgess and many more amazing humans with all the major labels. Working on many projects to find the next big artist, band, musician including forming & seeing the projects through and beyond to management of chart topping bands like The Saturdays & The Wanted. Casting for Music TV has played a huge part in allowing me to gather a huge list of new talent for everything I do. Working on multi series of shows like The Xfactor and Britains Got Talent, Celebrity Xfactor, Xfactor The Band and Simon Cowell's new show Walk The Line. I often get asked if I'd like to revisit something I've been part of and do it all over again. I'd do it all again but my part in getting UK a top 5 place on the Eurovision 2009 would be one of those things. I felt proud to rep the UK, casting the full line up of acts for BBC series with Andrew Lloyd Webber & Diane Warren Song for Europe. Developing artists and managing their careers is a true passion and never really feels like a job.
