• Heading East Africa and U.S.A market. • Networking – Handling the key contacts and increase the spectra of network partners in East Africa, Establishing relationship with them and other corporates, Insurance Companies and HMO’s • Dealing with Insurance Companies to generate business: Handling 5 Leading Insurance companies of Kenya, 3 in South Sudan, 2 in Tanzania and Uganda respectively. Apart from it widening the range of Insurance company from 5 to 25 for HBG • Organizing Camp / CME internationally: Have successfully organized 2 CMEs with approximately 50 doctors attending the CME and 2 OPDs where there were footfall of 150 patient. These events were conducted in Juba, South Sudan. • Developing new strategies for customer retention and satisfaction: Have implemented Cash Back offer to Insurance companies, and for long term have prepared the loyalty program for the corporate and individual network partners. • Countries currently heading are Kenya, Sudan, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and Gabon.
