Roles & Responsibilities: ●RCA (Root Cause Analysis) -Performing Root Cause Analysis on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in future. ●Behavior Pattern Analysis of Riders by mapping techniques. ●Framing the Risk and Fraud rules in dashboard based on the behavior pattern of different clusters. ●Identify new fraudulent Trends irrespective to it's geographical location and take preventive measures accordingly. ●Deep Diving of suspected transactions using various Analytical tools. ●Risk mitigation/fraud prevention. ●Manual Review of Transactions by undergoing multiple fraud/risk checks. ●Statistical calculations of penalty based on the fraudulent transactions & implementing on settlement/redeem cycle . ●Collaborate with key stakeholders such as city teams to manage end to end closure of all reported fraudulent activity.
● Partner Support: Getting DORMANT drivers back onto the UBER platform (Re-engagement) ● Top of the funnel (ToF), signing up new drivers explaining the benefits of Uber and getting them on board onto the Uber platform. ● Also helped with special projects like Airport, RTO works, Uber IceCream UberEATS ●Explaining Restaurant Owners about UBEREats and getting them on board onto UBEREats Platform. ● Having a good rapport with the owners and continuous follow-ups in collecting the required documents to get the restaurant on-boarded. ● After onboarding the Restaurant, handing over the UBEREats Tab and training the Restaurant Owner/Manager on how our app works and make changes in their Dashboard.
