› Implementation and monitoring of the HSE system as per the Integrated Management System. › Carries out Health & Safety Hazard Impact/ Risk Assessment and Environmental Aspects & Impacts/ Risk Assessment. › Carries out workplace inspections and raises HSE NCR’s for Non conformities. › Ensures work site is in safe conditions (Health, Safety & Environmentally). › Ensures calibration & approval of all HSE monitoring equipment and needed certificates for lifting equipment, machineries, slings etc. › Facilitates implementation of corrective & preventive actions identified as part of HSE Inspections and Audits. › Ensure First-aid and HSE Emergency procedures for the site are established and maintained. › Report immediately to Client and concerned person if any incident which may occur. Then shall promptly start the investigation, then issue the incident investigation report and communicate the lesson learned to all staff and workforce. › Maintaining HSE records at site and send monthly HSE report and statistics to contract representative and SHEQ Division. › Maintaining good communication and coordination with the client HSE team and attend HSE meetings related to the project. › Communicate to workers information on workplace hazards and their management. › Conduct HSE meetings and promote safe work practices. › Ensure close-out of Inspection/ Audit recommendations. › Reasonably familiar with client HSE Policies, Procedure and guidelines. › Ensures that the works are carried out as per approved contract HSE plan. › Ensures that the works comply with the Project Method Statements and Job Safety Analysis. › Liaise with client on HSE issues at site. › Monitoring the worksite HSE matters on a full-time basis, while work is in progress. › Monitoring implementation of the permit to work system and HSE requirements. › Develop and maintain the work permit control register for issue/ closeout of the permits and submit the report to client,
- Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met. - Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues. - Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations. - Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters. - Provide support to the dept. on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives e.g. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc. - Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements - Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc. - Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the management - Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested - Development of project specific HSE procedures. - Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees. - Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. - Support HSE personnel’s in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices. - Conduct Regular Inspections to Eliminate Injuries, Accident, and Loss to Manpower and Damage to Equipment
- Responsible For Developing And Enforcing Health And Safety Policies For The Project. - Ensuring Proper Safety Standards And Regulations Adhered To For Different. - Activities. Provide support for development of both active and proactive HSE key. - Performance indicators to monitor contractor’s activity progress. In depth knowledge of Safety standards i.e. OSHA. Develop, review and upgrade Plant safety plans. - Conduct pre- mobilization safety brief to contractors' managers& Safety inspections. - Environmental control, monitoring and liaison with local environmental agencies. - Control and register material safety data sheets (MSDS)and Control of substances hazardous to health - Audit work to permit, LOTO, Hot work and confined space
