EQL Technical Engineer ~ Supporting PowerVault Storage and Equallogic Storage. ~ Provide hardware and software support for PSMD series systems ~ Provide customers with best solutions on issue and best practice for setup ~ Support all iSCSI PS4xxx, PS5xxx and PS6xxx products and MD12xx and MD3xxx products on hardware and software level. ~ Also support the SAN applications such as SANHQ, Host Integration Tools (Microsoft, VMWare, and Linux), Virtual Storage Manager, and Auto Snapshot Manager.
~ Further customer relations by working with the customer to provide a solution to their issue and handle multiple issues at a time ~ Troubleshoot computer issues relating to Hardware or Software ~ Troubleshoot and resolve Network issue ~ Solve internet connection issues ~ work with extra attached device & peripheral
