Collaborated with an amazing team to create a research poster showcasing the link between prolonged air pollution exposure and risk of Alzheimer's. This internship began with two weeks of R-Programming, where I learned how to use bibliometrix and how to sort through numerous articles. Our group worked on article analysis, abstract, model, and poster creation.
I worked mainly in the front as a cashier for drive thru and lobby orders. I cashed people out as well as bagging food for customers and stocking necessary products such as sauces, cups, straws, boxes, etc. I also helped in the back by cooking products such as fries, chicken, and meat.
I picked up phone calls and booked appointment for customers as well as greeting them as they came in and offering them any snacks or beverages. I helped the hair stylists by setting up their clients on the chair and mixed color for hair dying services. I also did laundry, dishes, and cleaned up the salon as needed.
