Manage residential redevelopment projects in various stages from acquisition, demolition, foundation to superstructure works and supervise onsite construction works progress Prepare and update budget plans, construction works’ programmes and progress reports for residential projects to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project consultants to administer and executive schematic, interior and façade designs and to ensure final deliverable alignment Compose and produce tender documents with quantity surveyors for procurement processes Liaise with relevant government departments including Buildings Department and Transports Department for works including drawings’ approval, consent applications and car park provision
Received practical training under professional guidance and underwent rotations within government departments, including the Architectural Services Department for building surveying and maintenance of the government properties; and the Buildings Department (BD) for building control issues of the private sector Conducted feasibility studies on alternation and additional works Provided advice on repair works and arranged maintenance schedules Carried out condition surveys and monitored material testing and submissions
