Hi, I’m in HR — by accident, instinct, and a lot of people conversations. I didn’t plan to get into HR. I just happened to be the person who listened, organised the chaos, asked uncomfortable questions politely, and somehow ended up fixing things no one wanted to deal with. So yes… HR found me.That’s how HR happened. Today, at Gravo Technologies, I turn HR processes into people experiences (with fewer paperwork nightmares and more clarity). I manage the complete employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to payroll, attendance, HRMS, compliance, and everything in between—making sure things run smoothly, legally, and humanly. My role is a mix of strategy, structure, and empathy. Some days I’m strengthening campus and institutional partnerships. Other days I’m handling documentation, statutory compliance, or grievances—calmly, clearly, and without adding drama to the situation. What I truly enjoy? Building transparent systems. Creating a workplace where policies make sense. Protecting culture in the small, everyday moments. And being a reliable point of support for employees at every stage of their journey. I’m deeply interested in people management, organizational development, workforce planning, and compliance-driven HR practices. I genuinely believe that strong people systems create stronger companies—and maybe even happier Mondays. If you believe HR should be structured and human, professional and approachable—we’ll get along just fine. Still learning. Still listening. Still making HR a little more human.
As an HR Generalist at Gravo, I contribute to building a strong, people-first culture by supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and daily HR operations. I work closely with teams across the organization to streamline processes, enhance employee experience, and ensure smooth, efficient HR functioning. My role allows me to grow in a fast-paced environment while helping shape a workplace that reflects Gravo’s values and commitment to excellence.
