Performs administrative support for the Training Academy by providing participants relevant information on company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while traveling to and operating within the Training Academy; and working with participants to ensure that scheduled travel arrangements comply with company guidelines. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks by answering phone calls and forwarding as needed, providing information, and taking and recording messages; scheduling appointments; greeting persons entering facility and directing or escorting them to specific destinations; providing information or documents to others; using office equipment appropriately (for example, computer, facsimile machine); helping resolve training participant issues; organizing and scheduling participant travel arrangements; and processing and preparing memos, correspondence, and other documents.
Project Management to include coordinating projects, events, and initiatives from start to finish. This includes setting deadlines, managing budgets, assigning tasks, and tracking progress. Communication including collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing teams, sales teams, vendors, and clients. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to keep everyone informed and aligned. Research & Data Analysis to include Conducting market research, analyze data trends, and identify opportunities for growth. This may involve collecting data on competitors, customer behavior, market trends, and more.
