Additional work experience includes selling and leading teams in the architectural community promoting and implementing product into major commercial projects. Implementing products requires interaction with distribution ensuring product is stocked and sales goals are obtained. Specialties: Recognizing opportunities for growth; formulating a growth plan; implementing that strategic growth plan and analyzing metrics to track and adjust the strategic plan.
Dual role driving sales through specification meetings on commercial projects while capturing sales through our distribution partners in the Central U.S.
Responsible for driving sales and specifications in the architectural community and municipalities for the South and Midwest Regions. This is a strategic management position responsible for direct reports making sales calls to accounts.
Architectural calls promoting motorized window treatments plus exterior customized Grill and Louvre products across North America. Established import pricing, taxing, tariffs, electrical and labor rates for the end product to the General Contractor. Coordinated staff responsible for generating leads through I Square Foot and Dodge. Responsible for the entire sales process after lead generation from presentation to the Architects across North America to the final pricing delivered to the General Contractor for the project.
