I am a recent graduate from Emory University in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Sociology, with a passion for social change, political education, and improving the lives of marginalized communities. I completed Emory's Honors program with a 143-page thesis on the discourse of "protecting children," and was awarded highest honors. As a student, I gained experience with academic research, writing, and conferences; communications, content creation, and social media management; political organizing; and office administration. I am also invested in numerous community-based projects, including as creator of online resources like the TLH Donation Directory and the Free Radical Reading List, and an organizer with local groups like Food Not Bombs and the Really Really Free Market. I have a particular passion for making academic ideas accessible and applicable to our everyday lives through writing, speaking, graphic design, and community conversations. You can reach me any time at [email protected].
