Developed, led, and collaborated on multiple projects inclusive of National Acquisition Campaigns, National Sim Card Upgrade Initiative, Systems Upgrade (Upgraded systems, processes, and protocols), and Channel Restructuring. Led 7-member team with responsibility for 300 sales professionals. Full responsibility for all consumer sales across Jamaica and ownership of customer experience metrics for 65 retail stores in Jamaica.
Developed, led and collaborated on multiple projects inclusive of Offerings Re-engineering, Software Development, ATM installations, and Payments Processing System Upgrade. Products/Services developed were used by over 25 credit unions across Jamaica. Implemented AGILE principles and promoted customer centric culture while supervising 3 direct reports.
Developed and executed two projects which were The Growth Initiative (revitalize and grow customer base) and School Security Project (surveillance and security systems at select schools in Jamaica). Stakeholders included major security firms, government agencies, schools, system integrators, technicians, and manufacturers such as Hikvision, Honeywell and RBH. Full responsibility for security technology division including sourcing, pricing, marketing, and profit & loss performance. Products included complex surveillance systems, access management and security software (facial recognition, access control, etc.).
