I am a strong believer of stepping out of your comfort zone and taking opportunities. Why you may ask. I stepped out of my comfort zone in secondary school and took every opportunity given to me which allowed me to eventually become an Executive member in both my CCAs. As for my work experience, I was contacted by the Principal Teacher of Smart Learning Guru to join and be part of the team in which I took up the opportunity without any hesitation. As the Marketing Executive there I was able to not only put my prior marketing knowledge to the test and learn from there but also, I was able to know more about running a business though the opportunity given to me to manage day to day operations of the centre and also thought frequent discussions with the Principle Teacher who taught me the different aspects to take note of when running a business. - Managed end-to-end ecommerce backend operations, overseeing the complete order lifecycle from order receipt through fulfillment and delivery while consistently meeting a strict 2-hour SLA. - Coordinated real-time order processing and dispatch across TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Centre, ensuring timely fulfillment and high on-time delivery performance. - Maintained and updated product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and inventory availability. - Supported daily operational workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume ecommerce environment, balancing speed, accuracy, and service quality.
