Eight years ago, I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City with a suitcase, a wealth of ambition, and very little idea of how profoundly this country would reshape me. My journey in Vietnam hasn't been a cakewalk, it has been a crucible. As a foreigner, navigating unfamiliar bureaucracy, bridging language barriers, and decoding deep cultural nuances presented daily challenges. Yet, I quickly realized that adversity is only a roadblock if you treat it like one. By reframing every hurdle as a lesson, immersing myself in the local culture, and building an incredible network of local partners and friends, I didn't just survive but I grew. I live by a philosophy I call the "Strong Rabbit." Rabbits are often perceived as gentle, quiet creatures. But in reality, they are survivors, remarkably resilient, highly observant, and incredibly quick to adapt to shifting environments. This philosophy guides my work ethic: quiet diligence, self-motivation, taking absolute ownership of both triumphs and failures, and meeting every operational crisis with a calm, solution-oriented mindset. This adaptability has defined my professional path. Over the last eight years, I have navigated the realities of Vietnamese manufacturing, construction, and high-end cabinetry. I have managed factory floors, scaled international exports, and led executive operations. Why am I so passionate about the cabinetry and interior furniture industry? At its core, this work is about far more than wood panels, shipping containers, or profit margins. A home is a sanctuary. When I help developers, architects, and families select the right materials and engineer custom, safe, and highly functional modular cabinetry, I am helping to build the backdrop of their lives. There is profound satisfaction in knowing that the products we deliver today will safe-keep a family's home, enhance their daily lives, and endure across generations. After nearly a decade of navigating the beautiful, dynamic chaos of Vietnam, my initial uncertainty has transformed into a deep gratitude for this country and an unshakeable belief in the power of resilience.
