Computer Science graduate, currently working as an Application Engineer at Hitachi eBworx . I have hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle from writing backend batch jobs and Java-based APIs to conducting UAT, writing FSD/ISD documentation, and supporting production go-lives. At Stampede Solution, I worked on the Volare debt management system serving clients, where I resolved defect tickets and delivered feature enhancements using PHP Laravel, Node.js, Redis, and MySQL. At Public Bank, I transitioned into a QA and Business Analyst role for their enterprise Online Cash Management Services platform, conducting UAT, producing technical documentation, and supporting corporate clients via email and telephone. In my current role at Hitachi eBworx, I work across a wide range of banking modules. My daily work spans backend Java development, Mobile API integration, Jenkins deployments, Oracle PL/SQL performance analysis, penetration testing, and on-site BAU support.
