I am responsible for full life-cycle development of next generation software from initial requirement gathering to design, implementation, testing and documentation. As an empathic leader, I have led teams to deliver products of excellent quality and within budget constraints. Known for good understanding of various technologies, I have also taken part in projects that are not under my charge. As someone who is attentive to the need for continuous process improvement, I continuously seek ways to improve by leveraging on the experience/data to generate favourable outcomes.
