As a Customer Service Officer, I aided clients in the registration process for the centre's activities through the eventbrite system. In order to promote our activities, I used 3 main methods: - I designed posters which were placed in front of the centre for on-lookers to view. - I made sure to form strong bonds with the clients at the centre and encouraged them to invite their friends along for upcoming events - I distributed flyers around the neighborhood to raise awareness about the presence and activities held by our centre (as it was relatively new then) Since COVID-19 was still prevalent, and our clients consisted mainly of seniors who were more vulnerable to the disease, I was tasked with updating the contact tracing logs and sanitizing and the common spaces after usage.
