Project Senior Manager leading HEC Migration Project of the SAP Landscape from Altice Telecom Portugal. After working on the business proposal as a key player during several months, we finally launched the project last February 2019. Managing a technical team merging both SAP Technical Architecture and SAP Basis skills based in Lisbon, Madrid and Málaga including people from Accenture and SAP. This transformation project we completed in 12 months included the migration of the SAP landscape (10 Production environments [including 3 systems >14TB] from on premises to SAP HEC private Cloud, migration to suite on HANA including Unicode conversion, with the premise of performing all transformation activities during only one business downtime. Additionally, I have also been responsible of all PMO related activities as well as financials administration activities (revenues supervised 1M€+).
