• Leading the firm’s expansion across the continent driving both organic growth and exploring merger and acquisition opportunities. • Managing a team of over 35 professionals in three locations: Buenos Aires, Mexico City and São Paulo from multiple functions including business development, project delivery and operations. • Consult with clients on strategy implementation, strategic alignment of corporate leadership, and executive capability development.
- Responsible for all business development and revenue generating activities across the region overseeing a 20+ team of Account Managers. - Global Leader of the Consumer Goods Practice and personally responsible for increasing sales by 300%+ to clients of that industry across Europe. - Lead the company’s expansion into Italy, dealing with all business development related activities: defining strategy and goals, setting up the local legal entity, budgeting and control and hiring.
• Coordinating the national and international sales plan, defining objectives and leading the local sales team. • Proactive account development, building key international client relationships and developing new business opportunities. • Developing dealer´s capacities in order to boost sales and reduce stock management problems.
