In my current role within the Business Development & Coordination Department (BDCD), I work closely with the Customer Strategy Direction (DSC) to support the ALTEN Group in achieving its ambitious targets with key international Life Science accounts. My responsibilities include: • Providing strategic support to directors across various areas and regions worldwide, delivering essential insights, contract assistance, and Business Intelligence solutions. • Leading the Market Research department, managing a team of five to produce accurate market analyses and strategic insights that enhance ALTEN's market positioning. • Developing and executing cross-functional projects that create added value and drive ALTEN's international growth. • Supporting Global Account Managers in the development of key Life Science clients, including major accounts such as Sanofi, J&J, GSK, Merck, Novo Nordisk, Roche, Novartis, and Takeda. • Leverage and develop AI solutions to automate processes, boost operational efficiency, and optimize cost management, fueling growth and innovation within ALTEN This role allows me to leverage my analytical strengths and global perspective, maintaining a proactive and strategic approach to achieving the company's objectives in the Life Science sector.
• Experience in working with large oncological datasets. Responsible for data mapping, coding, and quality control checks on oncological data collected through different flow inputs. Statistical analysis, conclusions, and report creation based on SQL, Excel, or Power BI, involving macros and scripts. • Translate complex business problems into technical solutions ensuring the right strategic planning and integrative thinking allowing the execution, delivery, and integration of multiple projects and data sources. • Collaborate closely with regional and international teams involved in data production or business intelligence platforms (client service, sales, product management, and IT). • Support data management and supervise client deliverables in different formats. • Envision next-level data & analytics possibilities and ensure process optimization and automatization of the production cycles to increase productivity and performance. • Review documentation and elaborate key reports about oncological and pharmacological treatments to drive adoption with users.
Leading a research focused on pre-metastatic niche and metastasis formation by using bioinformatics tools.
My research is focused on understanding the role of Interleukin-22 on metastasis formation. I acquired a deep understanding of immuno-oncology with experience in advanced techniques: flow cytometry, CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing, and creation of mouse models for cancer research. I belong to IMMUTRAIN, an Innovative Training Network for the Immunotherapy of Cancer. The network comprises ten academic research groups and five industrial partners in a total of nine European countries. I participated in European project management, coordination, and dissemination experience. Summary of competencies: • Translational Research - contributed to three translational studies, deep understanding of immuno-oncology and training in clinical studies. • Data analysis - trained on big databases and analytic tools. Specialized in sequencing and clinical data platforms. • Communication - training in communication, conducted workshops, attended and presented at scientific conferences, contributed to the scientific dissemination of Immutrain - European Training Network for the Immunotherapy of Cancer. • Management and leadership - managed the progression of several branches of a complex research project in parallel, managed the efforts of three research technicians, and served as a mentor for several medical students. • Relationship Building - Initiated scientific collaborations with CNIO research center and collaborated with several research departments at Ludwig-Maximillian-University and medical scientists within the Department of Clinical Pharmacology.
