As part of the QA team, my role focused on ensuring that every feature delivered meets the highest standards of accuracy, performance, and user experience expected in a mission-critical government system. Key contributions in the project include: Analyzing business requirements and converting them into clear, detailed test scenarios. Designing and executing test cases across various modules to ensure system stability and compliance. Performing Functional, Integration, and Regression testing to validate end-to-end workflows. Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently. Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring smooth delivery of each release. Preparing QA documentation, providing daily/weekly reports, and ensuring quality sign-off for production deployments. Working on the LTA Singapore project has strengthened my skills in structured testing, process improvement, and quality-driven delivery. Preparing test plans, designing comprehensive test cases, and setting up structured test data. Executing Functional, Integration, and Regression testing across modules like BOQ, Demerit, Work Instructions, Reports, and more. Collaborating closely with developers and business teams to ensure defects are resolved with accuracy and speed. Supporting UAT phases and ensuring a high-quality release for production environments. Maintaining documentation and contributing to improving testing processes for better efficiency. This project has helped me strengthen my skills in end-to-end system testing, critical analysis, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
