I lead the development of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for HelloFresh’s International Cluster, spanning 9 distribution centres. I also manage a cross-functional team of 5 developers responsible for the WMS infrastructure and WMS integrations in the broader software ecosystem, including planning, master data, and business analytics. Highlights: * Stock Audit Scheduler - Partnered with Data Science and International Operations teams to design and launch a machine learning powered Stock Audit Scheduler application across 9 international HelloFresh DCs - Automated daily stock audit scheduling, eliminated manual processes and reduced audit volumes by over 90% while maintaining >80% stock accuracy and bringing over €1M annual opportunity cost savings - Enabled inventory teams to reallocate capacity to higher-value tasks, improving efficiency and consistency * Replenishment Logic Redesign for the automated Distribution Centre - Led the redesign of shuttle replenishment logic at the Derby (UK) site as part of the production scaling. - Eliminated long-standing inefficiencies, where 70%+ of replenishment trips carried single stock crates and 300+ non-scannable crates occurred per shift (while processing 15–20k orders weekly) - Improved throughput stability, aligned stock flow with production needs, and reduced manual interventions * 20% Projects - HelloFresh Mentoring Program Over the past two years, I have mentored four individuals through 1-on-1 sessions. As Senior Product Owner, I founded the Warehouse Operations product team, managed an outsourced development team building the Warehouse Management System, and directly led and mentored two Product Owners.
