I am currently an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist proving in-person and telehealth therapy to children and adults who have been impacted by violence. Prior to pursuing a career in counseling, I spent 10 years focusing on product development and production in the consumer goods space, then another 10 years in the tech sector leading customer success teams.

Doma is architecting the future of real estate transactions. We were the first to pioneer the use of machine intelligence to enable instant, digital mortgage closings (via our first core market focus on title/escrow) and we are executing on a vision to enable instant digital home ownership experiences.
Built and led the team responsible for ensuring our customers get value from their investment in Bluescape's Saas platform for visual collaboration. I recruited and hired a team of 8 CSMs across the US to provide high-touch consultation and evolved our systems, processes and programs to provide more scalable support for our growing customer base.
Negotiated the joint venture between Obscura Digital and Haworth to form Bluescape, then originated the customer success function to lead our first customer implementations with Coca-Cola, Reebok, Autodesk, Lucasfilm and others. As our first CSM I was focused on understanding and gaining empathy for our users to help our product team know what to build (and what not to.) I did this through in-depth interviews, shadowing and observation to get a sense for our users needs, behaviors and motivations. I conducted usability studies to understand how well our product was meeting those needs and where friction was keeping users from being successful. After funneling my feedback to our product team, I worked with them to design and implement recommendations.
I was Product Manager of this cloud-based visual collaboration platform from initial product concepts through MVP. To understand the challenges and opportunities for a cloud-based whiteboarding product and get a sense for the core behaviors we'd need to support I immersed myself in visual thinking and creative collaboration methods. Primary research included participating in a visioning workshop with The Grove, a visual strategy workshop with Autodesk Fellow Tom Wujec and a Design Thinking workshop with Leon Segal of Innovationship.
