Hi! I have a drive for connecting the underground world of graffiti and independent public art to a wider audience. My work revolves around organizing exhibitions and events, sharing knowledge through lectures, advising art funds and institutions, and coaching artists from these fields. Coming from a graffiti writing background, with over 15 years curating, I've gained a lot of knowledge and a authentic take on all this. I get where artists are coming from and help them get noticed without losing their art's soul. I'm all about creating exhibitions and events that leave a mark, like #ViralVandals and Windows to the World, With One Eye Open and pushing big projects like "Repainting Subway Art". With a background in art education and developing educational art projects, I am thrilled to have found the perfect blend of my passion for art and my desire to support emerging talents. For the past five years, I’ve been actively coaching artists specializing in independent public art and urban art. One of the highlights is Emoves Masters, a talent development program for emerging artists in urban art, dance, music, and spoken word. We've build this project from the ground up, turning an idea into something tangible and impactful. Since 2021, Emoves Masters has been proudly supported by OCW, the Province of Noord-Brabant, and the Municipality of Eindhoven. It’s been amazing to see this program grow and make a difference in the urban arts community.
As a member of the Bosch Cultural System advisory committee, I advise on the grant applications that have been submitted.
Since 2021 I was a committee member at the Mondriaan Fonds and in 2025 I was part of the Selection committee for the new advisors. I also played a key role in advising and helping to establish a dedicated pilot program specifically for the street art and graffiti community, as well as contributing to the development of a book of essays on this topic.
PAPERJAM was a creative agency based in Eindhoven that focused on creating and promoting cultural events, festivals and city maketing.
