Overall CRM lead - customer analytics, customer retention, consumer engagement Customer Analytics: - Devise and implement different segmentation model and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) model for customer behaviour analytics and measurement Customer Retention: - Strategize and plan customer retention marketing campaigns - Run lifecycle campaigns with proper statistical measurements to evaluate performance and enable post campaign learning Consumer Engagement: - Implement SOPs and guidelines for marketing communications - Plan consumer engagement campaigns to improve brand affinity Secondary role: - Interim Regional Digital Marketing Manager - Marketing Product Management Lead
- Customer Retention strategic planning for APAC (SG, AUS, HK) & Middle East (UAE) - Manage CRM budget for respective markets - Plan and manage automated customer retention campaigns through CRM system - Email Marketing performance analysis and optimization - Manage and coordinate bespoke strategic CRM campaigns with local marketing teams - Plan and design campaign experiments with clear objectives/hypotheses to maximize insights gained from strategic campaigns - Ensure all CRM communications are within defined brand guidelines - Coordinate with Regional Performance Marketing team to execute cross-channels CRM campaigns
Primary Duties - Manage and strategise budget/spending digital marketing (SEO/SEM, Paid Social Ads and Affiliate Ad Networks) - executed via digital agency. - Manage and strategise CRM efforts through Email Marketing and SMS Marketing. - Manage strategic marketing partnerships (cross marketing, technical integration, key account management) Secondary Duties - Coordinate with media agency to ensure BTL/OOH campaigns are well executed in a timely manner - Coordinate with PR agency to ensure PR materials are accurate and released in an orderly manner - Marketing analysis and reporting
- Manage multi-merchant/brand marketing plans and strategies. - Executing marketing campaigns via EDM, Social Media, Push Notifications, etc. - Manage SEO / SEM performance - Web development and content management. - Prepare marketing decks and materials. - Optimize Social Media platforms and performance (impressions, clicks, conversion, etc) - Facilitate offline marketing activities. - Customer Service management (feedbacks, complaints, etc)
