I’m the CEO of Agnition and member of the executive team at Ravensdown, one of New Zealand's largest farmer-owned cooperatives, supplying ~50% of all farmers and growers in the country with the nutrients, fertilisers and seeds they need. I lead the portfolio of commercial innovation and growth opportunities. We find, build, grow and invest in new tech and solutions that support our mission of 'Smarter farming for a better New Zealand' in soil health and nutrient management. I'm a board member, executive and investor. As former M&A lawyer and strategy consultant, I have worked with companies across multiple continents and industries to achieve growth, innovation and transformational change goals. I hold masters degrees in law, sociology and business. I live in beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand, with my wife and three children where we enjoy outdoor summer and winter sports.
