Strategic Testing of Shared Service Structure – Leading Multinational Bank ● Devised the strategic framework to assess the client’s capability and approach of separating the entire APAC shared service provision structure under a high-pressure scenario in response to a regulatory request (valued at $100bn via IPO) ● Led a team of four to expand the initial assessment onto the UK, US, and EU region for assessing the client’s separation capability and addressing any barriers ● Assessed barriers to separation and devised remediation suggestions through engaging both group and functional level COOs in workshops spanning all 20+ business lines ● Coordinated assessment for 50+ stakeholders while ensuring timely delivery of all milestones for the key project which is reported monthly to Group C-suite executives ● Developed a separation playbook detailing step-by-step activities for a deep restructuring in the event of resolution from a resource & process perspective Market Sizing – Private Banking Core Banking System (CBS) Provider ● Determined the addressability and serviceability of the Hong Kong private banking market through market sizing ● Analysed competitive landscape through interviewing multiple knowledge experts to determine product capabilities and market positioning

● Realized the possibility of raising >HKD$40bn of funding through HK statutory bodies by conducting financial analysis on the organizations and benchmarking against similar private entities ● Identified a solution to expedite the delivery of construction projects by 24% through analyzing change in construction cost over time and recognizing a stagnant legislative process ● Accelerated team efficiency by 33% through spearheading an overhaul on the internal filing system as well as constructing a credential database
