AX Business Analyst Supply Chain including warehouse - Address and coordinate support requests related to MS Dynamics AX - Successfully complete initiatives within set time lines and budget - Design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements / integrations to MS Dynamics AX - Provide recommendations for enhancing efficiency and productivity (Operational Excellence) - Establish and implement best practices regarding system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
- Supply Chain Lead during the EMEA Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system - Develop consistent EMEA processes and data requirements with consideration for global best practice - Adjust the supply chain business processes when needed, so no customization to the core system is required - Consult and involve key people across EMEA in supply chain logistics to ensure that processes are workabe across all business units - WMS Functional Lead to ensure that processes are clear, efficient and work with both order fulfillment and logistic processes - Be the first line support for the daily business in usage of Microsoft Dynamics AX, fix issues and work on process improvements requested by the business. - Test (new) developed processes and fixes for issues before they are implemented in the live production environment
