• Planned and delivered a chemical plant turn-around within an extremely tight production outage window by using Primavera P6 to manage a 3,500+ activity engineering, procurement, construction, and production schedule. • Actively managed the budgeting, cost reporting and cash flow for a $55MM chemical plant retrofit project using a combination of Excel and Enterprise database tools. Worked closely with construction management, contractors, suppliers, and engineering firms to forecast spend. • Reduced approval & processing time for change orders by implementing a new web-based change order system (Primavera CM).
