• Supported the creation of IRIN 3 Tax Officer Portal under IRAS • Aided in requirement gathering, fleshing out and understanding user stories and capturing acceptance criteria • Conducted testing on the RDBMS database of IRIN3 portal • Groomed user stories and acceptance criterias, contributing to requirements validation
• Contributed to the development of the CapitaHub 3.0 Project in Capital Tower • Implemented IoT devices (IAQ, ACS and Digital Lockers) to facilitate smart building solutions in Capital Tower, impacting 550 CapitaLand employees • Communicated with internal and external stakeholders to gather project and product requirements • Ensured continuity of project through documentations (e.g. project plans and status reports)
• Digitalised 40 hawker businesses by onboarding them to digital solutions and assisting them with online menu creations, allowing them to claim government grants and bonuses • Spearheaded the post-sales support in the Marketing Vertical, creating marketing materials using Canva for 20 F&B establishments, totalling to 3000 customers daily • Empathised and understood the clients’ operations and translated them to product requirements • Developed tailored digital solutions by combining company offerings to meet clients’ specific needs
• Managed Battalion Media Team, coordinating many different events and creating systems to help accrue footage for media projects • Recognised by the Battalion as Best Commander of the Month (February) • Awarded Commanding Officer Coin for Distinguished service • Appointed as a Safety Advocate by the Battalion to point out and report safety pointers up to higher command echelons from the troops on the ground. • Organised cohesions events for the Battalion that combined National Education with Physical Training • Took part in large scale Battalion and Brigade Level Planning exercises • Conducted audit checks on Battalion Security systems
