Motivated and enthusiastic project manager with over many years of international experience in marine and civil construction, working on complex projects from Australia to Antarctica. Today, I work closer to home as an independent professional in the port and energy sector, with a strong focus on the energy transition. I currently lead the Zero Emissions 2035 program at Hutchison Ports ECT, driving the electrification of the equipment fleet and the rollout of new energy infrastructure. In parallel, I am involved in the shore power project, enabling vessels to connect sustainably at berth. The years I spent working in Antarctica taught me valuable lessons about innovation, sustainability, adaptability, strategic planning and collaboration under extreme conditions. These experiences shaped my passion: to contribute to a successful energy transition by bringing positivity, clear direction, and a hands-on mindset to every project. Key expertise: Energy transition projects, program & project management, port & terminal development, equipment fleet management, stakeholder management.
