Achievements: • Raised productivity of reporting team and saved 1 full time head per week through developing an innovative process to automate the archiving of over 300 reports per week through the use of Excel and VBA. • Increased the performance of Optus Web Mails through the implementation and automation of reporting received from the Vendor. This was achieved even though vendor had told the business it was not possible to implement the solution using their system. Recipient of 3 awards for this piece of work including an Optus Quarterly award.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Weekly, monthly, yearly and adhoc production of reporting and analysis. • Maintain existing reporting processes for the Consumer Customer Support (CCS) back office division. • Measure efficiency of processes for individual products. • Trend and report potential issues. • Analyse trends of key metrics for over 200 processes completed within CCS and provide feedback to key stakeholders on their performance. Achievements: • Saved the business over $130K through development of VBA scripts and User Forms to automate over 200 processes within CCS. The solution is still in use today. • Increased business awareness through developing "Cost per Serve” reporting that determined cost to business for manual transactions performed by back office staff.
