As a Strategy veteran, I've seen a few things and I've done a lot of things. I've created brands. I've developed brands. I've strategized multiple award-winning campaigns and a few pieces of landmark work. I've worked on brands you definitely know and love. I've worked on brands you hadn't heard of at the time I was working on, but know after I did that work. I've led teams to success. I've helped develop new agency services. I've won lots of new business, develop C-level relationships, and grew accounts. I've seen a lot of things. I've done a lot of things. I'm always ready to see and do more.
I’ve helped a national hotel chain reposition their brand and develop campaign concepts for its launch. I developed a content and messaging strategy for a legal software business. I helped a telco understand how to succeed in social media. Other projects include: designing, executing and analyzing quant research study for a national hospitality brand.
I was brought on to be the Head of Strategy for this boutique founder-led agency. Out of the gate, I delivered a strategy for Butterfinger that helped the brand regain its cool and drove double-digit sales growth. I also helped build CRUNCH bar’s brand positioning and personality. Increased the scope of the main client by 50% and brought in new business for the agency. Clients included Morgan Stanley, Puerto Rico, Viant, Hats.com, among others.
During this period I worked with a number of agencies across a number of brands. For MRM, I worked primarily on Enfamil baby formula. I helped build the strategy for its CRM program; assisted in defining the brand platform and built the launch campaign strategy and a communications plan for the campaign. For Huge, I developed a communications strategy and messaging architecture for Citrix. For David & Goliath, I developed the brand book and launch approach for Jack in the Box’s brand refresh.
I was hired to build out the strategic function at VaynerMedia’s LA office. I started on a massive project for Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate that included a national research study, a new brand platform and positioning, and an integrated campaign. I worked with Facebook to assist them in developing their Organic Social presence and a mental health initiative. I worked with J&J to deliver a new social-first campaign for Clean & Clear, a brand positioning for Rogaine, and deliver thought leadership on Gen Z for their executive marketing team. I also helped Mint Mobile develop its USP and messaging through social media. I delivered new business too, bringing in clients like Lyft, for whom I developed communications plans, Mint and SkyRocket toys. Other clients included: Kellogg's, hulu, E! Network, NBC, and Skyrocket Toys.
I was brought back by Phenomenon to assist on two different projects, Neustar and SureID. For Neustar, I was brought in to create a new brand platform and positioning. I also developed a brand platform and positioning for SureID, a security company.
