I bring more than 19 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning real estate development, construction delivery, and capital markets. My career has involved managing complex, high impact developments, structuring investment and growth strategies, and scaling organizations toward institutional and IPO readiness. My edge lies in the rare combination of technical depth, financial rigor, and entrepreneurial execution. I hold an extensive portfolio of global professional certifications, including PMP, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, EDGE Expert, CDCP, CBP, MPM, among others, complemented by an MBA and executive educations from Cornell University and Singapore Management University. This foundation enables me to operate fluently across engineering, sustainability, governance, and investment disciplines. Beyond project delivery, I have led successful fundraising initiatives from Seed to Series A and through IPO readiness, and I continue to drive corporate strategy with the same hands on intensity and accountability I bring to construction and development engagements. In 2024, I was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year at the Asia CEO Awards and received the Citation of Merit in Entrepreneurship from the University of the Philippines Alumni Engineers. • Founded JCVA with a bold vision to redefine construction consultancy in the Philippines—now recognized as the fastest-rising firm in the industry. • Successfully delivered over 2 million sqm and ₱100 billion worth of projects across 200+ developments, including industrial parks, commercial fit-outs, healthcare facilities, residential towers, and hospitality assets. • Drove JCVA’s transformation from a niche boutique player into a mainstream player, serving 150+ Clients, including both multinationals and leading Philippine conglomerates. • Spearheaded strategic growth by continuously expanding service lines—from Project & Construction Management to Design & Build, Cost Consultancy, Sustainability, and EHS Services. • Acted as the exclusive Project Management arm of a global real estate advisory firm from 2014 to 2018, managing complex projects with best-in-class execution. • Launched JCVA’s proprietary cloud-based project management platform in 2021—positioning JCVA as a pioneer in digital transformation for the Philippine construction sector. • Championed a culture of innovation, agility, and operational excellence—earning industry recognitions, including Asia CEO Entrepreneur of the Year 2024, Asia CEO SME of the Year 2025 and ACES Award for Most Promising SME in Asia 2025.
• Led a diverse portfolio of companies and strategic business units under GOLD Group, encompassing a publicly listed entity, property development, leasing and asset management, as well as hospitality expansion and acquisitions. • Oversaw end-to-end real estate finance, investments, development, and asset management across multiple sectors—including commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality—driving growth, operational efficiency, and portfolio value. Gained a working understanding of how to operate a publicly listed company, with particular focus on corporate governance, and compliance with SEC and PSE requirements.
• Spearheaded KPPI’s successful IPO on the SME Board, raising approximately US$8 million; shares were 2x oversubscribed at a 25x P/E valuation. • Crafted and executed a strategic 3-year corporate roadmap, overseeing the disbursement of the first tranche of IPO proceeds totaling US$3.8 million to support priority development and investment initiatives.
• Led a national team of senior Project Managers in delivering complex projects across the Philippines, securing multiple repeat engagements across service lines and geographies. • Developed and institutionalized localized pitch decks, project management systems, and operational procedures—enhancing delivery standards and internal efficiency for the Philippine PM business. • Secured key blue-chip accounts and pioneered the introduction of design & build/turnkey solutions, unlocking new revenue streams through a management contracting model.
• Oversaw corporate real estate and special projects for the MVP Group’s tri-media conglomerate, managing a broad portfolio that included project delivery, lease administration, vendor oversight, and asset optimization. • Led the end-to-end development of the state-of-the-art TV5 Media Center in Mandaluyong City—spanning over 60,000 sqm with US$50 million in capital investment. • Delivered a Grade A office tower and condominium corporation that now serves as headquarters for key MVP Group subsidiaries, including MPIC, PLDT, Philex Mining, TV5, Cignal, and Maya.
