Founder, systems architect, and technology operator focused on AI infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, SaaS systems, and technology-enabled operating businesses. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve worked across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, gaming, robotics, embedded systems, manufacturing, logistics, and operational automation — building both software platforms and international organizations. Today my work is centered on two platforms: • Indah Digital — AI infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, SaaS systems, GitOps, workflow automation, observability, and enterprise cloud architecture. • Waypoint Group — technology-enabled operating businesses focused on sustainable food systems, aquaponics, mushrooms, hospitality, yacht provisioning, localized fulfillment, and logistics. Current consulting engagements include enterprise AI and cloud infrastructure initiatives with Thorne and Exact. Previously, I founded and scaled Transoceanic Group, an international technology and manufacturing company with operations in Shenzhen and Ho Chi Minh City, supporting approximately 175 employees before a successful acquisition by an Australian buyer. Earlier in my career, I worked in commercial game development and systems engineering, contributing to multiple shipped titles including Windows ports and distributed multiplayer systems. I enjoy solving complex operational problems by combining software, infrastructure, automation, and systems thinking into practical execution.
