About

I build platforms and products that help people move faster and extract more value from their data. Over the past decade I've worked across both sides, internal cloud platforms that enable thousands of engineers to build with confidence, and customer facing SaaS products that help businesses monetize data at scale. Good product discovery always starts with the friction, not the technology. My operating philosophy is Platform-as-Product. Understand the friction. Validate before building. Design for adoption. Measure what actually matters. I've applied this across internal infrastructure, B2B SaaS, and data products. The pattern holds regardless of who the user is. Increasingly, I bring that same mindset to how I work as a PM. I use agentic AI workflows and tools to prototype faster, compress discovery cycles, and keep processes genuinely lean. The best product instinct in the world still needs speed to matter.

Joining H&M Group at the inception of its Google Cloud journey provided the opportunity to shape a central governance platform from zero into a truly scalable, enterprise-wide asset. By defining foundational frameworks and security guardrails from the ground up, the organization transitioned from manual, high-friction processes toward a secure, self-service model. This platform now serves as the backbone for major analytic data deployments, ensuring high-stakes data products are built on a compliant and cost-efficient foundation. Beyond the core infrastructure, I led the design of a Security Data Product that transitioned our compliance strategy from manual evaluations to automated, real-time remediation. This reduced manual overhead by 30%, allowing our security teams to focus on strategic risk management. To accelerate delivery for 1,000+ engineers, the cloud infrastructure was productized into a "Golden Path" to production, resulting in a 50% increase in project shipping speed. Execution of the FinOps strategy within GCP further drove cost-saving initiatives that delivered millions in ROI and a 20% reduction in cloud OpEx through automated workload optimization.
