Increasingly, I bring that same mindset to how I work as a PM. I use agentic AI workflows and tools to prototype faster, compress discovery cycles, and keep processes genuinely lean. Joining H&M Group at the inception of its Google Cloud journey provided the opportunity to shape a central governance platform from zero into a truly scalable, enterprise-wide asset. By defining foundational frameworks and security guardrails from the ground up, the organization transitioned from manual, high-friction processes toward a secure, self-service model. This platform now serves as the backbone for major analytic data deployments, ensuring high-stakes data products are built on a compliant and cost-efficient foundation. Beyond the core infrastructure, I led the design of a Security Data Product that transitioned our compliance strategy from manual evaluations to automated, real-time remediation. This reduced manual overhead by 30%, allowing our security teams to focus on strategic risk management. To accelerate delivery for 1,000+ engineers, the cloud infrastructure was productized into a "Golden Path" to production, resulting in a 50% increase in project shipping speed. Execution of the FinOps strategy within GCP further drove cost-saving initiatives that delivered millions in ROI and a 20% reduction in cloud OpEx through automated workload optimization.
