My background is built on a mix of enterprise data architecture, cloud platform governance, and end-to-end SaaS delivery.I’ve always been a big believer in treating "Platform-as-a-Product". To me, that means starting with a deep empathy for the people using our product, making sure I fully understand their needs and friction points before jumping into solutions or writing a single requirement. I’m far more interested in outcomes than outputs; I want to ensure our technical roadmaps actually move the needle for the business.I also value a growth mindset where we fail fast and learn fast.
