• Implemented spare parts demand forecasting using machine learning models on historical inventory datasets to analyze demand patterns and support inventory optimization strategies • Developed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based chatbot using Python and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve contextual question answering by integrating external knowledge retrieval mechanism • Developed a Looker Studio dashboard to monitor company event performance, visualize key operational metrics, and provide summarized insights for reporting and decision making purposes.
