Outside of work my interests are sailing and mountain biking, I really enjoy the planning and execution necessary with sailing, get it wrong and you're going nowhere, or worse, but get it right and you can literally go anywhere. With mountain biking I recently went over to the dark side, and bought an electric mountain bike, my only comment for all the naysayers is "don't knock it until you have tried it"
