For nearly 20 years I have worked across digital advertising in operations, sales and business development, building multi million pound partnerships with global brands and agencies. I have built companies from scratch, scaled teams internationally and developed commercial strategies that deliver measurable growth. Originally from Vancouver, I moved to London in 2014 and have since operated at the intersection of strategy, technology and expansion, always focused on real impact rather than vanity metrics. At SBS, we build audiences. We build community. And we build brands through smart, meaningful and results driven programmatic solutions. In a market increasingly shaped by AI, I believe technology should reduce wastage, not create more noise. Innovation should create clarity. Through smarter strategy and disciplined execution, we minimise confusion, reduce duplication and focus on what truly drives performance. Many of the clients we started with remain with us today, which I see as the ultimate measure of trust and long term value. My focus as a leader is nurturing talent, fostering community and empowering businesses to take digital advertising to the next level. I am passionate about building powerhouse cultures where people from all backgrounds feel supported, valued and able to thrive. I lead SBS, an independent programmatic and omnichannel media partner working with brands and agencies across Europe. My focus is on building a business that makes programmatic simpler, more transparent and more effective. That means connecting strategy, activation and measurement into one clear approach, and helping teams navigate a space that has become increasingly complex. Since I have taken over this role, I’ve been focused on establishing SBS in the market, building trusted partnerships, and developing a model that supports both clients and agency teams in a practical way. A big part of my role is: Supporting partners on complex briefs and new business - Shaping omnichannel strategies across CTV, DOOH, audio, retail media and display - Creating structures that deliver clear, accountable outcomes - Building a team and culture that people enjoy being part of and can grow within SBS is independent by design and built around collaboration. We work closely with partners to extend their capabilities, not replace them, and to help them deliver stronger results for their clients. The aim is simple: build something that works well, grows sustainably, and makes a positive impact on the people involved.
