• Expedite supplier Purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of spare parts • Identify and escalate potential problems in the supplier base before they impact service levels • Provide administrative support for supplier and performance reporting with analysis of data to support business insight on trends and areas for improvement • Support the wider team in administrative tasks such as loading of ETA information into UiS • Conduct order book reconciliation with suppliers to ensure alignment of purchase orders • Manage inventory, including placing purchase orders and clearing exceptions • Manage daily reporting to include KPI’s to client • Maintain and report monthly promotional activity • Attend/ contribute to weekly Forecast Tracking meeting and weekly Planning meeting • Facilitate weekly Accounts Payable meeting with client • Attend and report to fortnightly client Category Manager meeting • Maintain all new suppliers/ products and build an ongoing efficient partnership • Acting Senior Supply Chain Manager
