- Manage and execute annual Compensation exercises for NUHS Centrally Employed Doctors' Compensation - Manage and resolve Compensation related issues from internal and external stakeholders - Engaged in NUHS Manpower Budgetting System Project
- Billing of over 2,000 manpower costs on a quarterly basis.
