About

My passion for real estate was ignited through my travel experiences. Having explored 45 countries, I have witnessed firsthand how people interact with their built environments and the positive impact a well-designed environment can have on people's work and lives. During my undergraduate studies in Construction Management at Tongji University in Shanghai, China, I received comprehensive training in engineering, urban planning, finance, and economics. This diverse background has provided me with a solid foundation in real estate development and the skills to utilize both physical and financial tools to create impactful built environments. Leveraging my academic knowledge, I have gained professional experience across a variety of real estate sectors, from development and private equity to consulting and international organizations. I have worked on a wide range of asset classes, including commercial, life sciences, logistics, data centers, and infrastructure. These experiences have equipped me with skills in market research, feasibility analysis, policy analysis, financial modeling, and marketing. Currently, I am a master's student in the Baker Program in Real Estate at Cornell University, set to graduate in 2026. After approaching real estate from a construction perspective during my undergraduate studies, I am now committed to furthering my expertise in real estate finance and investments, and am seeking opportunities in both the real estate and financial sectors, including roles in real estate private equity, development, asset management, investment banking, consulting, or corporate real estate. I am enthusiastic about expanding my professional network and am happy to connect with industry peers and mentors who share a passion for real estate and urban development.
