Preparing and presenting immigration appeals at tribunal
Making decisions on claimants Universal Credit claims. I assessed their eligibility against Social Security and EEA regulations. I also got involved in staff networks like DWP Pride and the Digital Champions network. I was also a mentor for new colleagues.
Part-time seasonal work whilst at university. I have had the opportunity to travel to different stores including Taunton, Truro and Jersey giving me valuable skills in customer contact, business strategies and managing time pressured environments
