Reporting to the UK Head of HR and as a member of the UK HR Management Team, I lead the HR Operations and Resourcing teams across multiple locations. In addition, I am responsible for the UK HR Shared Services that are delivered to other UK Group Companies.
Reporting to the UK Head of HR and as a member of the UK HR Management Team, I was responsible for the UK Learning & Development function.
Reporting to the UK Head of HR, I was responsible for leading the HR Business Partner and Learning & Development teams in delivering solutions to enable the business to achieve its objectives whilst supporting line managers with their employee issues. In addition, I was responsible for key HR transformation projects.
