My responsibilities included: • Contributing member of the Executive Leadership team working to exceed monthly cash flow and revenues. • Currently implementing application integrations between SaaS environments, TMW/PeopleNet, Great Plains, and ADP. • Successfully implemented IT Help Desk application and ticketing system supporting 65 corporate end-users. • Manage 10 software, application, and communication vendor partnerships across the organization. • Lead the team in network design, implementation, and on-going support of all applications including telematics hardware/software, TMW Systems software, Zendesk, Zoho CRM, SQL integration, and custom report delivery. • Project Lead for migration of network services to a hosted-provider solution (Office 365, Great Plains) • Created Business Process Mapping template guidelines and documented IT-based processes. • Responsible for IT hardware and software selection and procurement.
